Senior Environmental Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant to join our global transactional team at Calibre Search Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert environmental due diligence and ESG services to clients across the industrial sector.

• Undertake comprehensive data room document reviews to identify potential environmental risks and opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and report on findings to ensure accurate and timely delivery of environmental due diligence reports.
• Develop and implement ESG strategies to mitigate environmental risks and enhance client value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality environmental due diligence reports and presentations.
• Engage with clients and deal teams to provide expert advice and guidance on environmental due diligence matters.

• Qualified to degree level (or higher) in a relevant field, such as environmental science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in EHS compliance and regulation within the industrial sector.
• Proven expertise in ESG and environmental due diligence.
• Corporate M&A experience is highly desirable, although EHS compliance and regulation experience is also acceptable.
• Hold a NEBOSH Diploma and CMIOSH certification.
