  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and operational expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement menus that meet customer demands and drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a similar position within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • High service quality standards with a driven and 'can-do' attitude.
  • Experience of working with brand standards and implementing effective quality control measures.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead the team through challenging situations.
  • Excellent wine and beverage knowledge, with a certification such as WSET.
  • Great communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop the team.
  • Experience of electronic rota systems, such as Fourth hospitality, and comprehensive user of POS and inventory systems.
  • Personal license desirable.
