About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Bookmaker Fraud Auditor at The Portfolio Group. This is a key role within our Security Department, responsible for ensuring the risk of fraud, theft, and errors are minimized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough shop system audits to identify errors, fraudulent bets, and incorrectly translated bets.
  • Review and verify pay-out details, settlement amounts, and bet details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with area operations teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Remotely access and conduct shop audits via computer, working closely with shop staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the Security Office Supervisor to implement effective security measures and protocols.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of bets and bet settlement rules, with a strong understanding of the sports betting industry.
  • Proven experience working in a betting shop or similar environment, with a good working knowledge of security systems and protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use an OTT (Online Transaction Terminal).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Security systems training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
