Job Description

Red Rock Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our electrical operatives and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and organize electrical operatives on a daily basis to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Manage and control all aspects of material stock control, including distribution and allocation of materials to project sites.
  • Verify all paperwork, certificates, timecards, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Schedule all works in preparation for invoicing, taking into account contract-specific requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, attending meetings and providing updates on project progress.
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety protocols are adhered to, including risk assessments, method statements, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
  • Conduct quality engineer checks to guarantee the quality of our work.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Assist in other roles and responsibilities as required to support the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Building Services, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Qualifications in electrical testing and inspection, such as the 2391-Test & Inspection qualification.
