Job Title: Medical Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical laboratory diagnostics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, maintain, and repair medical laboratory diagnostics systems at customer sites.
  2. Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of medical laboratory diagnostics systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  4. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide recommendations for system upgrades and maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service engineering role, preferably in a medical or laboratory diagnostics environment.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of medical laboratory diagnostics systems and equipment.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
