Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical laboratory diagnostics systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair medical laboratory diagnostics systems at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of medical laboratory diagnostics systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide recommendations for system upgrades and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service engineering role, preferably in a medical or laboratory diagnostics environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of medical laboratory diagnostics systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
