Position Overview:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive support to our CEO across all IN4.0 Group initiatives.
• Managing extensive scheduling, correspondence, and client interactions for the CEO.
• Coordinating corporate travel arrangements for the CEO, including accommodations, transportation, and related expenses.
• Assisting the HR Department with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administering payroll for new hires, transfers, and departures.
• Processing monthly staff expenses and overtime claims.
• Handling HR and confidential business administration tasks.
• Overseeing project management activities.
• Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Supporting IN4.0 Group directors with confidential business administration tasks.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Directors.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role or environment.
• Background in Business Administration.
• Experience in Payroll/Finance, with proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• A reputation for reliability and trustworthiness.
• Strong communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with the digital technology sector and its ecosystem, particularly regarding start-ups and growth companies.
• A self-motivated, creative problem solver with a focus on results.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt, respond positively to change, and work efficiently under pressure while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A strong team player.
