About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Analytics Lead to join our Data Team. In this role, you will lead the Digital Squad within the Data Team, driving our digital analytics roadmap and ensuring the business has the necessary data capabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass squad management, owning the digital analytics roadmap, managing tracking tools, overseeing Looker dashboards, leading A/B testing efforts, and conducting ad hoc analysis.

Experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker
  • Experience with data collection, transformation, and visualization
  • Experience with web analytics, tracking, and A/B testing in E-commerce
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses and BI tools

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders

Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking:
