SEND Teaching Assistant

Cover People is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support a Primary School in Rochdale. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be able to provide support in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities- Support teachers in the classroom with lesson planning and delivery
- Assist with the care and supervision of children with SEN
- Develop and implement strategies to support children with SEN
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members
- 6 months experience working with children
- Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEN
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- DBS on update register
- References for last 2 years work history
- Up to date CV
