Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Multi Skilled Engineer to join our facilities management team at Arcus FM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work across a range of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to electrical and mechanical systems, including emergency light testing, fire alarms, and lamp changes.
  • Conduct fault finding and repair work on a range of mechanical and electrical systems, including plumbing and fabric work.
  • Work autonomously to deliver planned and preventative maintenance, with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • 18th edition qualification.
  • Full valid UK driver's license.
  • On the job experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.

Desirable Qualifications

  • F-Gas qualification.
  • IOSH working safely qualification.
  • Plumbing experience.
  • Basic fabric skills.
  • 2391 testing inspection.

Working Arrangements

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
