We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraiser to join our team as a Shropshire Fundraising Executive. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional fundraising strategies in Shropshire, building and nurturing relationships with key supporters, and expanding our reach through innovative fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Engagement: Lead fundraising efforts by developing and implementing regional fundraising strategies in Shropshire.
- Innovation: Build and nurture relationships with individuals, community groups, schools, and small businesses to increase loyalty and support for our charity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and wider team to maximise opportunities and ensure the success of our fundraising initiatives.
- Inspiration: Support and train volunteers, offering tailored stewardship to enhance their engagement with our charity.
- Impact: Deliver presentations and talks to various audiences to raise awareness of our charity's mission and generate support.
- Experience in fundraising, community engagement, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for our charity's mission and a commitment to our values of inclusivity and community support.
