Job Summary

Home Instead is seeking kind and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities, promoting their independence and mobility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 hour care visits to ensure quality time with clients.
  • Client matching to ensure compatibility and effective care delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
