About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and thriving Corporate M&A and ECM practice at IDEX Consulting in London. As a key player in our team, you will have the chance to work on high-profile, cross-border M&A and ECM deals alongside leading partners from the US and UK.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deal Execution: You will be at the forefront of deal execution, drafting and negotiating crucial transaction documents like mergers agreements, acquisition agreements, and private placement memoranda (PPMs).
  2. Due Diligence and Advisory Services: Your sharp legal mind will be vital in conducting thorough due diligence on target companies and advising clients on all relevant legal and regulatory matters.
  3. Staying Ahead of the Curve: You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of both UK corporate and ECM law developments.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications: A qualified lawyer in England & Wales or another relevant Commonwealth jurisdiction.
  2. Experience: Proven track record in corporate M&A and ECM transactions (3-8 years PQE).
  3. Skills: An analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills, a master of drafting and negotiation, ensuring clear and concise legal communication, a detail-oriented professional with a commitment to accuracy, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
