We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual for the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager within our esteemed hospitality group. This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to a renowned establishment known for its exceptional service and culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our dining services. Your primary duties will include:
- Supervising daily food and beverage operations, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.
- Overseeing service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner to maintain exceptional service levels.
- Utilizing your extensive knowledge of wine and food pairings to guide and train your team.
- Building rapport with guests and recognizing regular patrons to enhance their experience.
- Managing the Point of Sale (POS) and reservation systems efficiently.
- Monitoring sales performance and assisting with cash reconciliation and reporting.
- Promoting a collaborative environment among departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conducting team briefings and meetings in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Participating in special events and functions as required.
