We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cladding Site Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Cladding Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering external refurbishment projects on scattered occupied properties within the Hounslow area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control the overall direction and financial control of the contract
  • Work in partnership with the client and client representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Cost control and subcontractor management
  • Implement short, mid, and long-term programmes for various work streams
  • Carry out onsite inspections, undertake investigations, prepare reports, and offer solutions for continuous improvement
  • Hand over properties on time, working to strict key performance indicators
  • Liaison with the client and contract administrators
  • Health and safety management on the site
  • Management and control of site administration and staff
  • Scheduling and procurement of materials
  • Chair sub-contractor progress meetings
  • Liaising with Design Teams, Client Representatives, and Consultants
  • Programming works using MS Project
