We are seeking an Electrical / Avionics Engineer with experience in Assembly, Integration & Test to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating test procedures and test programmes before moving into clean rooms with satellites to verify the function of the satellite.

The role will require a minimum of 3-4 days on-site for the preparation work, transitioning to fully on-site as this position requires presence in the clean room operating on satellites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Electrical/Avionics system electrical integration and functional testing activities for satellite programmes.
  • Perform data interpretation (measurement and telemetry), assessment, and analysis of integrated electrical/avionics systems.
  • Create technical documentation including test procedures, test scripts, and test reports.
  • Manage work packages as required.
  • Investigate problems for the resolution of non-conformances and anomalies.
  • Communicate risks, issues, and solutions to peers with various technical backgrounds and areas of expertise.
  • Participate in daily AIT meetings, TRR, TRB, NRB, etc.
  • Support environmental tests (Thermal Vacuum Tests, Vibration Tests, Acoustic Tests, EMI/EMC Tests) at the satellite level.
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering with ideally an electrical background. Suitable experience in addition to a lower qualification would be acceptable where applicable.
