Graduate Recruitment Specialist

We're committed to providing a dynamic and supportive environment for our Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to thrive. With cutting-edge recruitment software and tools at your disposal, you'll have the opportunity to maximize your earnings and develop your skills.
As a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for a range of positions. This will involve spending time on the phone screening a minimum of 15 candidates per day and matching them to their ideal jobs. You'll also be responsible for recording accurate data within the system and creating CVs.
We're looking for a driven individual with a business-related degree and a valid driving license. You'll need to be able to multitask and problem-solve, as well as possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data are also essential.
