Our partner schools are in search of dedicated and experienced teachers to support students, particularly those on the Autism Spectrum, as well as those with additional learning challenges and complex needs.

Role Overview

As a Special Educational Needs Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Our schools are committed to recognizing and valuing each pupil's unique strengths, enabling them to engage with their education to the fullest extent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored educational programs that meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with staff to create an Autism-friendly learning atmosphere.
  • Implement interventions that cater to individual learning requirements.
Candidate Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Relevant Teacher Training and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience in Primary or Secondary education.
  • Demonstrated excellence in classroom management and teaching practices.
  • An enhanced DBS check on the update service.
  • A strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
