Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registration Authority and Recruitment Support Officer. As a key member of our Recruitment Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Trust's future growth and delivering an efficient and responsive recruitment function.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with other departments to transfer and accurately input information from RA forms onto the Care Identity Service (CIS) IT system.
- Maintaining and updating a manual and electronic filing system for all inputted forms, which complies with national guidance on RA data storage and the Data Protection Act.
- Ensuring that registration forms and copies of personal identity documents are stored securely and checked in accordance with national requirements.
- Complying with standard operating procedures to revoke and cancel user access, ensuring that the procedures are adhered to.
- Assisting users in ensuring their card is secure at the point of issue.
- Briefly demonstrating to users how to log on to the system and test their access.
- Supporting RA users and sponsors, assisting with any routine queries relating to the completion of RA forms or the IT system.
- Updating the RA leads of any changes or issues with emails or correspondence from ID checkers across the Trust.
- Associating users on the ESR to all relevant Trust services.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
- A good standard of general education or equivalent experience.
- Relevant previous experience working in an administrative role.
- Working with the public in a customer service environment.
- The ability to use a computer.
