MPI Limited is seeking experienced automotive service technicians to join our team in a permanent capacity. This role offers a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £34,000, commensurate with experience, along with an uncapped monthly bonus structure.
Working ConditionsThe position entails working Monday through Friday, with alternate Saturdays. Overtime opportunities are available.

Role ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our workshop team, you will:
- Perform scheduled vehicle servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and address non-routine vehicle issues, both in the workshop and during road tests.
- Document vehicle defects in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Complete tasks within the allocated timeframes to optimize productivity.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols within the workshop environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop.
- Take responsibility for the upkeep of workshop equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Follow established processes to meet quality and efficiency benchmarks.
- Engage with customers to explain the work performed and address any inquiries.
- Provide technical explanations tailored to the customer's understanding.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
- Mentor and support apprentice technicians through hands-on guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive service experience for customers.
- Identify and report technical issues using the appropriate channels.
- Handle customer information in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.
