Join BNY's Finance Professional Services Centre team
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Interim European Bank Regulatory Reporting Specialist - Senior Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality statistical reporting production for the European Bank, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within prescribed regulatory deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain close relationships with European Bank Market Centre report owners and other business areas, particularly Regulatory Change and Controllers.
- Oversight & Controls: Ensure all reports are produced in a strong operational control environment with well-evidenced reviews, checklists, variance analysis, reconciliations, and procedures.
- Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with legislative, accounting, and regulatory developments, as well as knowledge of external reporting requirements and procedures.
- Change: Assist with the provision of regulatory support for relevant projects, including new regulatory reporting production requirements and regulatory system improvements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant: AAT/ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA Part Accreditation or equivalent.
- Regulatory Reporting Experience: Desirable, including regulatory and accounting systems and processes.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills: Including communication, planning, and escalation.
