About the Role:

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator at Parkview House Residential Care Home. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing a variety of stimulating activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver leisure and social activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive environment for residents and staff
  • Develop and implement activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing, including exercise programs, arts and crafts, and social events
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to understand their needs and preferences
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive culture within the care home
