Recruitment Specialist

Job Opportunity
Hays Travel is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to collaborate with our recruitment team in establishing strong relationships with hiring managers and comprehending their requirements. Your main tasks will include advertising job openings, attracting candidates through diverse channels, and ensuring timely fulfillment of vacancies. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining updated candidate records and performing other recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and handle both internal and external applications, ensuring prompt entry into the database within 24 working hours
- Forward shortlisted applications to the recruitment manager or Regional Sales Manager
- Coordinate interviews for selected candidates
- Ensure timely feedback from the recruitment manager post interviews
- Inform candidates about the interview outcomes
- Process job vacancy requests and advertise them on relevant platforms
- Organize inductions for new employees and keep all relevant departments informed of progress
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist in recruitment activities, apprentice assessment days, and promotional events
Competencies/ Qualifications / Experience Required
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role
- Positive approach to interpersonal interactions
- Capacity to take initiative and maintain a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Efficient handling of recruitment processes
- Capability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Undertake any additional responsibilities within the job scope
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety regulations
- Treat all colleagues, clients, and vendors respectfully
