About the Role

Due to expansion, our client, a leading Manufacturing and Engineering company, is seeking multiple Maintenance Engineers to join their team as part of the Engineering FMCG manufacturing team. The successful candidates will provide effective and efficient mechanical and electrical support throughout the factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Achieving planned maintenance plans and completion rates
  • Minimizing engineering downtime and ensuring smooth production operations

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG operations and relevant engineering qualifications
  • Ability to prove competency in all forms of isolation, electrical safety, and safe panel entry
  • Proficiency in computer-based maintenance systems and ability to use them effectively
  • Ability to strip machines in full and reassemble them, as well as completing machine size change procedures and their adjustments

The Rewards

  • Salary up to £45,000
  • 4 on 4 off (2 days & 2 nights) shift pattern
  • No Saturday nights - day shift 6-2 only
