Key Responsibilities- Support the Trading Director and their teams to understand their performance, to inform future commercial decisions.
- Review end to end P&L, to identify gross contribution improvements.
- Review and approve business cases and business investment.
- Support in investment appraisals and work with the project teams to deliver investments from concept to post investment.
- Support in the creation of a strategic and stretching plan.
- Hold commercial teams to account for delivering their budget/forecast and 3YP.
- Improve the profitability of the Digital Retail Business Unit.
- Can communicate and influence effectively to stakeholders at all levels, and hold business partners to account.
- Highly analytical with experience in reporting and reviewing the quality and accuracy of data.
- Resilient and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent Excel and SAP BW skills.
