Operations Management Specialist - 12-Month Engagement

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Management Specialist to become a part of our team for a 12-month engagement.

Inventory Oversight:

Responsible for logging all incoming inventory, managing accounts, and collaborating with supply chain partners and suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels.


  • Quality Assurance: Support quality control initiatives, update training documentation, maintain the training matrix, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Generate and distribute various internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of sustainability programs and manage energy expenses and databases.
  • Project Assistance: Provide support for projects as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in utilizing Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • SAP Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge and experience with SAP software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with all levels within the organization.
  • Analytical Abilities: Capable of identifying trends in performance data and recommending corrective measures.
