About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join our Finance team at Dreams Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and developing the Purchase Ledger Team, ensuring that all purchase ledger transactions are processed accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop the Purchase Ledger Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase ledger transactions.
  • Reconcile designated balance sheet accounts and propose enhancements to systems and processes.
  • Highlight non-compliance to processes and assist in education of business.
  • Support cash flow and management functions of finance.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers, including negotiating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare accurate payment runs and reconcile supplier statements monthly.
  • Process payments in respect of imports in a timely manner.
  • Provide cash flow projections with regards to supplier payments.
  • Support Management and Finance account functions to support weekly and monthly reporting.
Requirements
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with suppliers.
  • Prior experience working towards month-end and payment run deadlines.
