Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and services.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Lead to ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the care home and attract new residents.
  • Manage the care home's budget and resources to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Non-Nurse Managers must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Previous experience in managing a care home or similar setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving high standards and CQC ratings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
