Job Summary:
The Resolute Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in partnership with a leading subcontractor specializing in the Highways division on NEC forms of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of Quantity Surveyors delivering live Highway schemes and other minor projects.
- Oversee the detailed bills of quantities and cost breakdowns.
- Monitor project costs against your package of works.
- Support with the management of the sub-contractor costs and payments.
- Report and Manage variations, claims, and other contractual issues that may arise.
- Mentor and manage the quantity surveyors, looking at the leadership and training aspects.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally and with external sub-contractors.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified - Ideally in Quantity Surveying.
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor with proven ability in developing more junior members of staff.
- Full driving licence.
