We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at JLB Recruitment Ltd. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across Kent and Sussex.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend reported machine breakdowns and perform repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Carry out pre-planned preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Order parts and manage returns for warranty claims
  • Communicate effectively with clients and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle and report any issues to the office
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or equivalent role
  • Ability to lift and move parts and small machines
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive a van
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
