Key Responsibilities:
As a Parts Supervisor, you will report to the Aftersales Manager and be responsible for running an effective and efficient Parts department, representing both Marshall Motor Group and one of our leading brands. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the accurate and timely completion of all department administration and operational data.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the Parts department, including inventory management and control.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborating with the Aftersales Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a Parts or Inventory Control role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using iPad software and other relevant systems.
