About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team as a Residential Sales Specialist in Torpoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree sales.
  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch.

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
