Polytec Personnel Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in Chemical Solutions. The role encompasses a broad region from South Wales to Cornwall and Kent, with a preference for candidates located centrally within the Home Counties (Oxford to Dartford area).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating and sustaining profitable sales within your designated territory
  • Identifying new business prospects and overseeing the sales process
  • Nurturing and enhancing relationships through structured site visits and communications with existing and prospective clients
  • Executing on-site sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Organizing and participating in onsite mini-exhibitions and symposiums

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical, CRO, Biotech, BioPharma, Research, and Chemical industries
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales objectives
  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of products in process and organic chemistry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid UK driving license.
