Role Overview:
As a Logistics Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Logistics Engineering Team, directly supporting Project Manager(s) in the execution of various projects and work streams.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will engage in the complete project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery. Your typical week will involve:

  • Assisting project management leads in meeting shared objectives throughout the project journey.
  • Facilitating the delivery of On Cycle, Off Cycle & In Cycle initiatives with a focus on excellence for MP&L customers in production.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas, enabling proactive change management, risk mitigation, and opportunity exploitation.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Fostering strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this Logistics Project Coordinator role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in managing small to medium scale projects or improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Planning & Logistics, particularly within the automotive sector.
  • Ability to present effectively to small groups.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in Manufacturing and/or Logistics with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP reporting is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, ensuring clarity and alignment in messaging.
