About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at i2i Recruitment. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products and protection policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face or telephone appointments with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Arrange mortgages and protection policies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Respond quickly and effectively to all client communication, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide solutions to achieve them.
Requirements
  • Full CeMap qualification or equivalent CF1 & CF6.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and driven to achieve results.
