Job Summary:

A leading Facilities Management provider is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their established team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks on lighting, power, and electrical systems in a commercial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution
  • Perform fault finding and repair tasks on electrical panels and distribution boards
  • Carry out riser inspections and emergency lighting tests
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of plant and AHU systems
  • Escorting sub-contractors and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent electrical qualification
  • 17th or 18th edition electrical certification
  • Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours and Benefits:

This is a split-day position, with a mix of early and late shifts. The role offers a competitive salary of £38,500, plus overtime, holidays, company benefits, and opportunities for career progression and ongoing training.
