Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Bar Manager in leading the bar team and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Take a lead role in creating and serving drinks, including developing new menus and promotions.
  • Engage with guests and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge, including training and mentoring.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring a high level of presentation and quality.
