About the Role

We're seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in making a difference to our residents' lives. You'll work closely with our team to provide high-quality, personal, and social care, nurturing relationships, and providing kindness and warmth to individuals and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs.
  • Support residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to personal care.
  • Participate in monitoring residents and reporting changes to the nurse or senior care assistant.
  • Communicate with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
