We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at NWF Fuels, a leading fuel distributor in the UK. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of payments from our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively chase overdue B2B and B2C debts to ensure invoices are paid on time.
  • Manage inbound customer and internal depot calls to resolve queries and maintain good customer service levels.
  • Review stopped orders regularly for release and work with our Sales Depots to clear any overdue balances or queries.
  • Identify and resolve customer queries to maintain good customer service levels.
  • Regularly review debt ledgers, perform account reconciliations, and manage unallocated cash.
