Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic new graduates to join our team as Equine Veterinary Surgeons. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Our clinic offers a unique blend of small animal, large animal, and equine cases, providing you with a broad range of experiences and the opportunity to develop your skills across various species. You will work closely with an experienced vet who will provide guidance and support to help you become a clinically independent veterinary surgeon.
We are committed to providing a comprehensive training program that includes regular consultations with a VetGDP advisor, training days, in-house mentoring, and continuing professional development (CPD). This will enable you to grow and develop as a veterinary surgeon, with a focus on surgical and medical experience, teamwork, customer service, and business knowledge.
Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-ray, lab suite, and advanced ultrasound. We have a shared rota between vets and OOH, with a maximum of 1 in 6 nights on call, making it an attractive option for those seeking a work-life balance.
