Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in our commercial team, leading the financial aspects of high-stakes projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Evaluating the financial viability of projects during initial phases.
  • Contributing to tender processes by developing cost plans, business cases, and managing sub-contract supply chains.
  • Structuring projects into manageable work packages for procurement, assessing returns, negotiating with sub-contractors to ensure optimal value, and awarding contracts accordingly.
  • Managing projects in accordance with NEC and JCT contracts, identifying and mitigating risks while maximizing commercial opportunities.
  • Overseeing project cash flow, monitoring actual expenditures against budgeted figures through Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports.

  • Expertise in producing comprehensive commercial reports.
