About You
We're looking for an experienced and dedicated individual who shares our passion for delivering outstanding care. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with their families and friends to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
The Day-to-Day
- You'll work closely with your team to provide person-centered care, supporting residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
- You'll be responsible for managing medication, ensuring accurate and timely administration, and maintaining accurate records.
- You'll work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- You'll be a natural people person, building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment.
- You'll have a sound understanding of the NMC medication guidelines and be knowledgeable in both the theory and practice of medication management.
- You'll be experienced in care planning and risk assessments, ensuring that care delivery reflects these at all times.
