We are seeking a reliable and experienced Passenger Assistant to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely supervising and escorting adults with SEN to and from day services on transport on behalf of Shropshire Council.

• Supervise and escort adults with SEN to and from day services on transport
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for all transport services
• Liaise with the Specialist Travel Coordinator (Fleet Services) to ensure efficient and up-to-date services and staff training
• Ensure all risk assessments and passenger information is up-to-date and accurate
• Fitting seats, harnesses, clamping systems, and other equipment to vehicles as required

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
