Siamo Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent healthcare organization to find dedicated warehouse operatives. This role is situated in a supportive environment with a friendly team, offering competitive compensation and various benefits.

SHIFT:

10pm-6am

Fixed night shifts from Sunday to Thursday

Fridays and Saturdays are off

PAY RATE:

Base: £15.38 per hour

Overtime: £17.73 per hour (1.5x rate) / £23.64 per hour (2x rate) for hours exceeding 37.5 per week.

ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Efficiently picking and packing items, either manually or utilizing RF technology, ensuring high accuracy standards.
- Loading and unloading of trailers.
- Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns encountered during tasks.
- Accurately entering data into company systems and maintaining manual records.
- Meeting performance targets (KPIs) and adhering to job standards.
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization on-site.
- Assisting colleagues and team leaders with daily responsibilities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
- Capability to follow instructions effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and experience with data entry.
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations, particularly regarding manual handling.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
