We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our EG Group team as a Cinnabon Supervisor. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the team is working efficiently.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability, including promoting new products and services.
- Ensure that all bakery products are prepared and presented to a high standard, meeting the company's quality and presentation expectations.
- Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control to minimize waste and optimize sales.
- Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a bakery or retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage cash and stock accurately.
