Nurse Practitioner

A unique opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in an acute hospital setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, patient-centered care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and delivering effective quality nursing care by assessing patient needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Providing health education and promoting health promotion issues to patients and their families.
- Supervising and directing Health Care Assistants with their daily workload.
- Communicating effectively with patients, relatives, and outside agencies, adhering to data protection and patient confidentiality guidelines.
