Composite Fabricator

Prodrive Composites is a leading manufacturer of high-quality composite components for various industry sectors, including automotive, aerospace, and motorsport. We are seeking skilled Laminators to join our team in Milton Keynes to support a range of exciting projects.

• Laminate a range of parts within job time constraints and in accordance with established processes.
• Read engineering drawings and work from production manuals to ensure components are manufactured to the highest quality standards with minimal scrap.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy working environment at all times.
• Ensure that patterns/moulds/components are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken to prevent any form of damage.

• Previous experience laminating carbon fiber to the highest quality standards, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Organized, methodical worker who enjoys working as part of a dynamic team on a range of exciting projects.
