About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Potens, a national provider of health, social, and education services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to promote positive well-being and independence
  • Participate in activities and outings that enhance the lives of those we support
  • Maintain and develop community links, promoting social inclusion and community engagement
  • Travel to areas around Sheffield and local towns, utilizing your driving skills and manual license
Requirements
  • Females only due to service needs
  • Full, manual driving license and business insurance (preferably)
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet individual needs
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Capacity to remain calm and positive under pressure
  • Quick learner, hands-on, and flexible in tasks and activities
