  • Engage with Local Communities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders to gather insights and address concerns related to urban development projects.
  • Prepare Reports and Presentations: Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for planning applications, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field is required.
  • Strong Analytical and Research Skills: Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform urban development plans.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including local communities, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Planning Tools: Familiarity with GIS software and other planning tools, with the ability to use them to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Eagerness to Learn and Contribute: A strong desire to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
