Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service.
  2. Supervise staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of food production and service quality.
  3. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

  5. Support the General Manager in administrative tasks and decision-making to drive business growth.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  3. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations.
  4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  5. Bartending experience is a plus.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
