About the Role

As a key member of the Accommodation team at Butlin's, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Accommodation and Guest Services Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all administrative tasks within the department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with budget planning, monitoring, and expenditure management.
  • Drive efficiency improvements across the department.
  • Coordinate the welcome and onboarding process for new team members during their first 90 days.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by completing necessary paperwork.
